We use photos (10-12), floor plans if available, and a full detailed description of the property to develop a web page and a downloadable (pdf) brochure. These become your property dossier. We have incorporated a comprehensive online bookings and services management system (BMS) designed to allow our clients to receive or make bookings for holiday rentals, manage their properties, and monitor or request services for the property. Access and use of this system is essential & necessary for clients with a standard property listing at BuySellRentRiviera. There is a nominal monthly service fee for use of the system.

Bookings which are made directly through BuySellRentRiviera using the BMS normally attract a booking fee (percentage of the rental) however the booking fee is waived and only the monthly service fee is applied to clients who are accommodation agents themselves.

The system is part of our overall marketing for properties and therefore offers the associated advantages of web marketing, search engine optimisation and back links from other sites.
